How does a VeLoop car membership/subscription work?

With VeLoop, you can acquire a car without the hassle of the dealership, down payment, insurance, and maintenance. Simply choose your dream car, sign up to become a 6, 9, or 12-month member, and we’ll make sure your vehicle ends up at your doorstep within 48 hours. Swap out for a new car at any time. Unlike leasing or buying, our transparent monthly fee includes everything but fuel (yes, that includes maintenance and insurance). With no long-term commitments, tedious paperwork, or hidden fees, you can finally stop dreading the process of car acquisition and drive, and live, on your terms.

What is included in my VeLoop membership?

A VeLoop membership offers a bump-free road to car acquisition without worrying about the down payment, insurance, maintenance, and depreciation. Our stress-free experience allows you to choose from 6, 9, or 12-month membership options. Each subscription includes insurance, maintenance, roadside assistance, vehicle registration, vehicle titling, and the option to swap out your vehicle for a new one at any time.

Is there really no down payment?

We’re all about trust and transparency – no down payments ever. As a VeLoop member, you’ll pay a cost-friendly fee that includes everything (yes, everything) but fuel.

How does the handoff for delivery/return work?

Once you become a VeLoop member online, your car will be delivered in 48 hours at the address of your choice!

Can multiple people drive the car that I booked?

Once you are the authorized driver, all other drivers will need to be added to our system. You can contact us to add an additional person to your membership agreement at any time. Additional drivers must have a valid driver’s license and fulfill all of the same driver requirements as the main driver.

What is VeLoop’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your car delivery is scheduled. For deliveries booked less than 24 hours in advance, you are given a one-hour grace period after booking to cancel without any charge. If you cancel after this grace period, a small cancellation fee will apply.

What are VeLoop’s early/late return fees?

If you terminate the agreement and do not plan to meet your initial contracted membership, you will be billed an additional 1-month fee for the early return. This policy is subject to change depending on internal circumstances or the condition of your vehicle. If you are unable to return your vehicle on time, you will be charged a prorated amount for the additional days that the vehicle is in your possession.
